I have never written an online review for any product or service, but I am compelled to do so in this instance. I first contacted Jeffrey Delott over two years ago with questions about the process of applying for SSDI benefits. Susan returned my call promptly and spent significant time with me on the phone answering all the questions I had. I applied on my own and was confident I would be approved based on my medical history and limitations. Like so many who are desperate and in need I unfortunately got the gut punch of a denial. They are so attentive to your situation it’s easy to forget they are also working on many other cases at the same time. They are always accessible through email and/or phone calls. If you’re reading this then you are likely in a desperate situation physically, emotionally, and financially. Yes it’s their job, but it’s a labor of love, they truly care about you and will work tirelessly to get you approved for the benefits you need.
